Again, please rest assured ALL of our Services have zero room for error, but this HAS to be the area in which we see and hear the most 'horror' stories - why was your food for 120 people FIVE HOURS LATE?! I mean...just unacceptable right? And whilst we're not here to bash anyone who serves food with love, at Chef Jay our tight processes and deadlines 100% guarantee your Wedding, Hot/Cold Food Event or Large Celebration is catered for with zero hitches. Five hours...wow.
